OHPD Recruitment Video Project

Dear Jenn, Chief, and the rest of the team,

I hope this message finds you all in high spirits and great enthusiasm!

I wanted to express my utmost excitement regarding the upcoming recruiting video project for our esteemed Oak Harbor Police Department. This video holds immense significance as it not only represents our department but also showcases the vibrant spirit of our community. As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance at a first impression." This resonates deeply with me, emphasizing the importance of attracting the perfect candidate through a compelling video that truly captures all the extraordinary aspects the OHPD and our community have to offer.

Creating such a remarkable video requires time, dedication, and a meticulous approach. It's crucial that we allow ourselves ample time to not only capture ordinary shots but to authentically portray the essence of our department and the community we serve by capturing genuine moments.

With that in mind, I have prepared a range of exciting options for us to explore, ensuring we bring this project to life in the most impactful and captivating way possible.

Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out!

This project will likely take 20-40 hours of editing

Additional Info

Additional days will be charged at my day rate of $1,800.

Can we shoot this in two days? The short answer is no. This project requires more than two days to ensure we capture the necessary number of shots to bring our vision to life.

What if we make the video shorter? Will that lower the price? Although it may seem like a viable solution, reducing the length of the video doesn't affect the amount of time needed to capture the specific shots we want to include in the recruiting video.
